To get all ID related materials, upholstery and finishes approved by the nominated designer. 2. To project the lead time for the procurement of the imported materials to be procured and supplied as per the contract.  3. To work in coordination with client, designer, consultant, operator, fit-out contractor and sub-contractor to execute the approved designed and detail drawings in order to complete the project within the scheduled date of the completion. 4. To work in coordination with the site engineers and supervisor to monitor and maintain progress of the site in line with scheduled dates.  5. To report variations and forward revised drawings to site engineer and request additional services as per variations.  6. To maintain minutes of site meetings and daily log and report the same to the Director of Projects. 7. To inspect and monitor work of the fit-out and sub-contractor and to check the progressive billing and invoice. 8.To make a complete report with all as-built layouts, logs and operations manuals and hand over to the cline to his satisfaction so as to hand over the completion certificate of the project.  9.
