  Managing a staff of acquisition/relocation agents and administrative personnel, I oversee the performance of all team members and communications between clients, property owners and the THC team. My duties include serving as the liaison between the client and the property owners, coordinating public meetings, providing weekly acquisition/relocation progress reports, monthly status reports and quarterly summary reports to the client. I also coordinate all sub-consultant activities, develop program budgets and timelines, develop grant close-out documents for submission to federal, state and/or municipal entities, and ensure program compliance with the Uniform Relocation Act guidelines, as well as Texas Senate Bill 18.
