As president of Leverette Weekes, I bring my experience as a business owner, corporate speechwriter, and leadership coach in Fortune 100 companies to help clients achieve their diversity goals by implementing corporate best practices and coaching leaders. Our current and past clients include the Cleveland Avenue Foundation for Education Group, Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity, Roundel for Target, Teach for America Twin Cities, Lyft, Knight Foundation, and Patterson Companies. I'm a proud second-generation business owner. My parents founded Leverette Weekes in 1973 focused on developing talent and business partnerships in real estate, sports, food and beverage, hospitality, banking, and manufacturing industries. I joined the company in 2016 to revitalize the branding and create programming to address the growing talent development needs for women of color. In September 2017, founder and CEO Cornell Leverette Moore appointed me president/chief executive officer and we officially relaunched Leverette Weekes as a top public relations, executive coaching, and consulting agency.
