      2006 was the year I landed my first fashion retail job experience. Polo Gragage offered me the Sales Advisor position, which I held until June 2007. The company was a well - establish fashion retailer, with stores located in more than 97 cities across the world. The location I first worked at, was the largest shopping center in Romania. In 2007 at only 22 years old, I was directly promoted as a Store Manager. Young, passionate, disciplined and quite charismatic, I soon impressed everybody with outstanding results and a dream-team that shared the same mission as I did. Two glorious years later, I was named "Senior Visual Merchandiser" and held that position until May 2012. Managed and coordinated a team of visual merchandisers, and together took care of all 7 stores in Romania: while traveling and visiting every single store on weekly basis, we created and installed store and window displays, prepared control reports to ensure the identity of the company was retained at all times and kept a strong communication with the Country Manager and reported all significant information.I was Polo Garage Romania's representative at every semi-annual international meeting held in Turkey , held face-to-face meetings with the company's CEO and took part at every collection launch as well.
