  At Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Warren Truck Assembly, I was promoted to maintain the plant’s ISD360 program and manage a group of mentors and a team of three specialists within the manufacturing plant. I instruct them on problem-solving and manufacturing methodology, as well as lead them in identifying and implementing solutions to reduce and/or eliminate vehicle defects. Since I have been in this role, I have recovered $1.4M in savings and a ROI of 33.3 within one and a half years by instilling best practices utilizing a HD camera system to identify and resolve defects. I have also decreased In-System Damage within one-month of in-service warranty claims from 7.05 to 3.47, which is equal to over a 50% reduction since 2015 by attacking key production losses. Show less My role with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles at the Warren Truck Assembly Plant was World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Specialist, where I guided in-system damage mentors and leaders and spearheaded the implementation and maintenance of the WCM Access database within the manufacturing plant. I created an enhanced database to track and root cause truck defects to ensure repairs are resolved. I also implemented customized subsidiary databases within the WCM Access to ensure all information was tracked and available within the plant.
