  As a crew member, I had to keep up a steady drive thru, as I was on window 1 (which is a position where I had to keep up with payments as well as taking orders) ,doing the in-store dive (cleaning all utensils), and making sure all washing/cleaning items are ready to use. I used to do a variety of shifts - for example, I am used to doing 8 - 10 hour shifts in the mornings and in the evenings.

  As a retail assistant, I speak to customers everyday, guide them and make them feel comfortable in what they do, working on tills and making an effort for customers is key, I work very busy shifts with doing lots in a 8hr shift from doing a delivery to cooking in bakery, or cleaning out the warehouses. I also have to cash up tills, make sure stock is available when needed. Making sure the store is clean and tend to it when necessary.
