Plan the technical activities tobe performed (weight study, MonitD, iTrack, action camera and drones road inspection etc.) andcoordinate the preparation of technical reports for the client. Responsible for coordinating on-sitetraining in mining and within BSBR, both for customers and internal members. Support the developmentand expansion of the conveyor belt business in Brazil. Use management tools to increase teamperformance, promote a work environment with a good organizational climate and apply strategicmanagement techniques for the development of new businesses and projects. Show less As an OTR Field Engineer I am in charge of several mining companies in Brazil. I am responsible for the Giant and Large OTR Tires and for the Small & Medium OTR tires as well in all segments like mining, construction and port. Regarding my fieldwork, I inspect scrapped and in-service OTR tires, I do engineering services like heat study, weight study, TKPH study, GPS study and others. I compile reports to Bridgestone technical center in Japan and to the customer. I also provide OTR training for the customer and for Bridgestone Brazil employees when necessary. Furthermore, I develop a good relationship with the customer in order to collect information, data and to provide them a premium technical service, besides always giving the best solutions for their requirements. I also do administrative and sales services when required in order to increase the company's share and sales in the Brazilian Market. Show less
