  As a founding member of the senior executive team at Vector Aeromedical, I was involved in strategic business planning as well as directing and reviewing daily medical operations, medical talent acquisition, crew scheduling, and initial air medical safety training. I developed and implemented solutions unique to the air medical environment that allowed for an ICU level of care at 45,000 feet. Vector Aeromedical achieved full CAMTS certification within 24 months of the company’s inception. I was proud to be an integral part of the small team that made this possible.
