Strategy included reducing supply base by 30% showing a 12% saving annually, achieved by creating closer relationships within the supply chain. Experience with Sourcing from Low Cost Economies including India and China.Facilitated the organisations diversification of business from traditional Automotive systems to Aerospace and Storage and distribution.
