  • SunCity Mall is a regional shopping center in Heliopolis, 200,000 m2 total areas (65,000 Sqm GLA). • Directly Report to Chairman and senior management the information and recommendations related to the Leasing Rates, Average Market Cap of Exchange rate, tenants mix and competitors activities. • Re-plan the leasing strategy and make new leasing analysis according to SunCity Mall’ status, prepare monthly leasing reports and start active leasing deals to raise EBITDA. • Handled a leasing project for High-end Brands outlet including Cavalli Class, Versace, D’S damat, Giovani Gentle, EGO department store, Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger, Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren and other high-end brands. • Enhance the Tenant Mix through approaching new tenants on local market in different categories; Fashion like Town Team, River Nine, AMS, Ravin, Active, ZD Store, Coin Milano, Voiki, Schott, Coup, Junior, Lolly Bob, Zodiac, A&A, Catch, Miss Venus and Joy & Roy, F&B like Supreme Café, Second Cup, Evento Café, Anas Eldemashky, Baladina Restaurant and Burger Factory, Entertainment like Horror House and Escape Room.• Handle Alshaya, Retail Group (El Hokeir), LC Waikiki, Defacto, Mazaya group, Fortune, Damas, Orange, Vodafone, Etisalat, Amer Restaurants, Cold Stone, Americana, First Food Services, Ameco Foods and MacDonald accounts, in addition to other different Brands and several Banks. • Handle Cellini, Seventy, 33, Fratelli, Toy World, Candy Shop, Raya, 2B, iHouse, White House, Dolce, TARA, Déjà vu, Pixi, Club Aldo, Tata Tio, Joly Optics, Carina, Lucky Tucky, Einstein Café, Momen, Pizza king accounts and other local brands.• Discuss and negotiate the Renewals of the existed tenants according to the budget, and generate new leads through their networks. • Handle and follow up the specialty leasing activities including promotions, Movies and Series’ shooting, retail kiosks and other media activities. • Negotiate the terms and pricing of the specialty leasing activities.   • Value the company assets through business evaluation reports by applying the three methods of evaluation: land and construction cost approach “Cost-based Evaluation”; capitalization approach “Income-based Evaluation” and market value approach “Market-based Evaluation”. Make feasibility studies for new potential projects, and drafting pricing evaluations for other projects. • Do a Revenue Management to enhance our income generators, drive new engines and optimize our cost through analyzing, planning, drawing up and forecasting the budget of the Group including SunCity Mall, Fun Kingdom and SunCity Cinema. • Draw and discuss multi purposes projects to be developed on the lands owned by the company. • Meet other investors and discuss and negotiate new businesses and partnerships opportunities. • Follow up the sales performance of the residential, commercial and administrative buildings included in our portfolio. Handle the big clients to negotiate and finalize the big deals. • Develop the entertainment company “a Family Entertainment Center called (Fun Kingdom)” to generate more income and add attractive features and functions. Restructure the management of the entertainment company and draw an action plan and forecast the expected increase. • Establish Food and Beverage Company that includes 8 outlets and forecast budget with action plan to achieve the opening of the 8 outlets on two phases.
