      Technical responsibility for the design and validation of plastic, vibration welded intake manifolds from initial concept to production. Worked directly with the OEM engineering staff to determine design parameters and targets. Responsible to deliver CAD models directly to toolmakers that were ready to be tooled with minimal modification by the toolmaker. Worked directly with the toolmakers during the building of injection molds.Responsible for the validation of prototype and production level parts, including destructive and non-destructive physical testing and analytical testing. Directed and oversaw the use of analytical tools for verification and validation during the design process, including FEA, CFD and NVH tools.
