As a yogi, teacher, and artist I'm thrilled to connect with you to receive the earth's gifts and to give back to our magnificent world. Since childhood I've felt a magnetic pull to teach yoga. I'm committed to helping you connect with and change your relationship to your breath when you're in emotional, physical, and spiritual pain. I have almost a decade experience in personal training and teaching yoga classes combing aspects of meditation, vinyasa, yin, forrest, and restorative yoga. I also have my Masters in Exercise Science. We are given the opportunity to create in nearly every piece of ourselves, including how we show up, how we unravel and heal, and our awareness of the wonderland outside of our heads.
