      In a dynamic and new role, my function on the Home Depot Key Account team is to manage an online portfolio of 1,000+ SKUs on TheHomeDepot.com which covers trusted 3M products and brands such as Command™, Scotch™ Painters Tape, Ace™, Filtrete™, as well as industry leading products within Abrasives, Respiratory/Hearing/Eyewear Protection and more. The breadth of this portfolio extends across multiple Home Depot departments.Partnership is paramount – ensuring alignment requires a weekly cadence strategizing with and delivering insights to THD’s store and direct fulfillment merchants as well as their teams of inventory planners and analysts. I work closely with our THD Brand Advocate to uncover category insights which are utilized to capture opportunities for KPI improvements.Driving growth requires extensive internal collaboration with Portfolio and Business Unit leaders across multiple divisions to leverage “the big 3M” and push the envelope to uncover and onboard new technologies and innovation. I engage daily with our team’s dedicated shopper marketing and syndication teams to actively monitor and optimize our current online assortment and align efforts with THD’s Retail Media+ organization. The experience I gained working in the field as an End User Rep helps shape the strategy and focus of my responsibility to drive growth within THD’s PRO customer segment . My role extends to both retail and online initiatives as I engage their fast-growing Rep Force of PARs/PASAs and Pro Paint Reps (Behr + PPG) and analyze and expand our assortment on THD’s PRO Platform, QuoteCenter.
