  My achievements are as below:-A team member of end users SAP project implementation team that pioneered at Kangaita Tea Factory as first phase. I obtained training in the modules of Production Planning (SAP PP), Materials Management (SAP MM) and Plant Maintenance (SAP MM) upon which I successfully transferred the skills to other end users at factory level. -A team member that has participated in continuous improvement projects including CTC sorting line automation and boiler preheater installation at Kiru tea factory.-A key team member in standardizing orthodox line processing operations after project commissioning. Kangaita Tea factory was a pioneer in orthodox teas and 10 other factories have since installed the line. I was moved to Kiru tea factory to aid in operations for this new plant and managed to design a project in this regard as can be watched through the link below.-Successfully designed a tea roaster machine for use in processing purple and green teas as can be watched through the link below. Involves sourcing for machinery, working with OEM to install, testing and commissioning.-Documentations review towards audits by carbon Standards International (CSI) recertifications and payment.-Quality control and management for the raw materials and produced biochar towards attaining a threshold of 75% fixed carbon, 25% yield and 80% throughput.-Working with the support of OEM engineers towards fault detection and correction when there's a fault.-Energy monitoring and management and wastes control including syngas combustion, vinegar/tar collection and monitoring of flue gases and particulate matter released to the environment.
