  Yachtster / MYS is a company part of Camper and Nicholsons International Group specialized in last minute charter along the French and Italian Riviera.My role comprehend three important figures:Operation manager: -During the winter time I study the market in this luxury field, creating new strategies to generate leads for potential clients.-Financial activities such us budgeting, management of the costs, frequent reports to the shareholders to track the performance of the company.Charter Manager: Management of the charter activities that during the winter are promotion of the yachts in Central Agency and increment the fleet portfolio. During the summer I have to manage the charter from the beginning till the end, paying attention to all to the details to create a unique and unforgettable experience for my clients.Charter Broker: In this role I need to find new clients by market researches, building interpersonal relationships and finding innovative ways to attract potential clients.
