My aim was to make women feel motivated and positive about their post-baby body. - I also taught 260 classes as a group exercise coach. These classes consisted of pre and postnatal, circuit training, and spinning. -I created and led the 'Spartan' series of classes which consisted of tough mudder style training. Over 20 people attended each week at £5 a head, for 8 weeks.
