      - Managing end-to-end delivery on sustainability projects using my Agile Project Manager Practitioner training, on the Lancaster West Estate in North Kensington, part of the Grenfell recovery, impacting over 8,000 residents and the wider community. - Responsible for the planning, logistics, procurement and delivery of large-scale projects, including an energy monitoring project for a new renewable district heat network, where we installed 7 heat meters in residents’ homes to measure flow and return temperature, and hot water usage. - Using the data from the energy monitoring pilot, created monthly resident usage reports, identifying those at risk of fuel poverty by cross-analysing this with our existing financial data, and created an Affordable Warmth Action Plan to support residents in need ahead of the delivery of the heat network delivery. - Co-ordinating monthly community Repair Cafes, showcasing local SME’s and individuals’ skills and businesses. Monthly, we engage with over 10 stallholders, over 200 local residents and repair up to 150 items, including electricals, clothes, bikes, and furniture. - Undertaking qualitative and quantitative analysis and research on a range of social and political issues to inform borough-wide policy, including indoor air quality monitoring. - partnership outreach, building relationships and collaborating with local stakeholders, including for a community exhibition on air pollution with Asthma + Lung UK in which local MPs, Councillors, clean air campaigners and residents attended.- Producing communications for our website and social media, utilising my InDesign and Canva training to create impactful and visually engaging content.
