  As team leader of 4 functional managers (SDM) and right-hand man of the manager, my main missions on this 9M € annual contract were: • Organize and maintain the management system of the contract • Maintain a high level of quality in contractual services, including security (patch, antivirus, compliance, risk, obsolescence, administrator password management, rights management) • Prepare and present the steering committee (UO, SLAs, KPIs, security and compliance, capacity) • Coordinate crisis situations to minimize impacts, • Represent the client internally, and facilitate exchanges between teams and suppliers, • Supervise the management of incidents, problems and changes, • Participate in pre-sales, monitor projects and receive them in production. Show less • In 2009 and 2010, I initiated a security project on centralisation, standardisation and industrialisation of accesses for a global shipping customer. The scope was of 105 applications and systems for 17K users and 150K accounts. I defined and implemented the primary and secondary controls. I followed the project progress versus the risk management plan and implemented the needed KPI for quality tracking. • In 2007 and 2008, as an expatriate in Brno, Czech Republic, during the build phase of a service delivery centre, my responsibility was to receive and reorganise activities sent from France.
