   Support and execute core project management functions in accordance with the appropriate project delivery methodology. Deliver to the customer all facets of project performance and positively manage the customer relationship. Effectively manage the project information gathering requirements. Produce a Project Initiation Document (PID) for each new project, and agree with the Project team prior to project start. Produce Project Plans, Risk Register, communications plan, handover criteria and Lessons Learned report for each project. Manage and communicate project changes to all stakeholders, project teams, highlighting any risks to the Director Services. Put in place effective monitoring of risks contained in the PID.
