  My time at Superdry was very helpful in developing my communication and team-working skills. During my time there I made it my mission to make customers feel welcomed and taken care of to the best of my ability and my managers often complimented me on the way I was able to keep customers in the store. Salesmanship played a big part in my role and I found that customers were often very impressed by my ability to sell them products they had no intention of buying when they first walked in. I spent a lot of my time communicating with my team whether it was to do with stock levels, shop floor design or identifying potential shop lifters. I performed my role exceptionally well and was often rewarded with gift cards for outperforming the rest of my team in every metric. Show less
