  The project, carried out in collaboration with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, had the goal to analyze the corporate climate of Adecco Training. Data were collected in the headquarters of Milan, Turin and Bologna during a period of company changes and innovations (development of a new business line). The results were achieved through the use of the following tools: semi-structured interviews, focus groups and semi-projective tools. The departments taken into account in the analysis were the commercial area, the business development area and the training consultant department.
