      Women's lacrosse graduate assistant coach

My time at Lourdes University was a remarkable period of learning and growth in my life. Starting out as the Women’s Lacrosse Graduate Assistant Coach, I maintained the program through detailed administrative, academic, and athletic planning work. Having been hired to help start the first lacrosse program at Lourdes University, I had the opportunity to work in and with many facets of higher education. As a coach I found myself playing the role of a career counselor. I have helped numerous student athletes through the process of applying for college/graduate school as well as helped them get connected with professionals that would help them in their chosen career path. In my first season with the Lourdes program, I had one player earn National Women’s Lacrosse League Honorable Mention All-American honors as well as Honorable Mention All Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference accolades. In my second season with the Lourdes program, I had one player earn 1st Team All Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference accolades, another All WHAC Honorable Mention, three players earn All WHAC Academic Team, and one player earn NAIA Champions of Character accolades. One of our rising freshmen was also selected to the 2nd NWLL team. Show less
