Conducted individual day-long training with Zone Leaders. Planned and performed seven, day-long group training for 20-35 missionaries every six weeks. As a Zone Leader: led a group of 20-35 missionaries. Performed individual day-long training for District Leaders and new missionaries. Trained missionaries on a variety of skills including elevator pitches, effective study and lesson preparation, developing personal character traits, effective time management and methods for finding and retaining clients.As a District Leader: led a group of six to eight missionaries for a total of 9 months, training them on tracking and reporting information, time management, planning, public speaking, communication and people skills.   Demonstrated my ability to perform expansive and complex research by conducting a 50 state research survey on compensating restrictive covenants in eminent domain proceedings. The Office faced the challenge of unsuccessful motions to dismiss while petitioners did not match the owner of record for the property in question. This took valuable government resources away from more legitimate cases and required unnecessary and excessive research. I helped develop a new litigation strategy using a precipe to expedite the dismissal of cases against the District of Columbia. Drafted a title opinion letter, memoranda, motions, discovery requests, responses, and stipulations, and reviewed rejected stipulations in tax assessment litigation. Performed site inspections.
