Its Evolve programme is the largest system replacement programme across all areas of business & is one of the biggest Retail Investment in operating systems in Europe. Morrisons have selected Mastek to deliver a comprehensive business intelligence and data warehousing (BI/DW) solution across all areas of Morrisons’ business & is their preferred supplier of BI/DW projects. As a Programme Manager Umesh is accountable for overall programme deliverables. Ensuring optimum resource utilisation, maximising revenue & gross margin in the account. Maintaining strategic relationship with client to ensure opportunities for account progression. Acting as an escalation point for issue resolution. It sets standards that they must meet & can take action in case of failure. Mastek has signed a strategic framework agreement with FSA to become an application development partner. The project was to develop adaptive Case Management Application using Appian BPM with Oracle as back-end & Oracle Fusion Middleware. Responsibilities:Develop & Maintain detail project plan using Microsoft Projects for each Work packageTracking activities against the detailed project planEnsure timely delivery & within defined budget and quality norms. The new solution as part of (Air Movements Operations) AMO program provides capability to ensure the sustainable, safe and efficient operation of the Air Transport Fleet. It delivers comprehensive air movements information enabling Commanders to make better informed and timely decisions based on an enhanced shared view of the logistic situation.Thales formed a consortium of Mastek, Fujitsu & Flyware to support the Defence Information Infrastructure (DII). Mastek was subcontracted for application development due to their innovation & solutions capabilities.
