Its software solution which includes Council Tax solution, Business Rates solution & Revenues and Benefits self service is fully automated and designed to help local authorities collect rates efficiently and accurately. It sets standards that they must meet & can take action in case of failure. Mastek has signed a strategic framework agreement with FSA to become an application development partner. The project was to develop adaptive Case Management Application using Appian BPM with Oracle as back-end & Oracle Fusion Middleware. It delivers comprehensive air movements information enabling Commanders to make better informed and timely decisions based on an enhanced shared view of the logistic situation.Thales formed a consortium of Mastek, Fujitsu & Flyware to support the Defence Information Infrastructure (DII). Mastek was subcontracted for application development due to their innovation & solutions capabilities.
