Optimisation of a metro production line :- Reduction of the method times to be able to acheive a take time of 1 day with 2 teams working 8 hours per day,- Continuous improvement of the tooling in collaboration with Altran,- Reduction of the cycle time.We were working in collaboration with the Katowice industrial team.
