  I was charged with the implementation, coordination and monitoring of community outreach projects at the local and national level in Serbia. I managed a small team organising public awareness discussions, fundraising events and inter-community workshops between refugees and local populations. Additionally, I assisted in the organisation of cultural exchange events between refugees and local populations we organised in Serbia, Greece, Austria, France, Belgium and Germany. My role required extensive organisational and communicative skills, including the raising and management of funds and communicating with donors. I also represented our organisation to external partners including IOM, UNHCR and UNICEF Refugee Protection working groups and meetings as well as with the Serbian authorities. Voir moins
