Types, formats, edits, revises, proofreads and prints correspondence, memoranda, announcements, agreements, agenda, proposals, contracts, informational materials and weekly and monthly reports. Accomplish the forms needed for HR such as Personnel Action Forms, RnR Forms and Employee Counseling Forms etc and maintain the manual files and computerized files for CAFÉ personnel and all other documentation Prepare monthly time records. Contact RSO to get badge for the CAFÉ personnel and access request approval. Supervise local production control personnel. Contact Clients to verify the work orders if needed. Starting from November, 2008, additional responsibilities add up to the core responsibilities which includes receiving of daily report and petty cash money of concierge and audit , monitoring petty cash and expenditures, updating computerized daily ledger and monthly reports of daily cash income and expensed and forwarding the report to the chief accountant, supervising, scheduling and checking the items picked up from the warehouse of the PMO according to the Purchase Requisition form and warehouse issue slip and taking Inventory of CAFÉ warehouse and updating the inventory files to keep up to date inventory record.
