  Founder and owner of this design studio in the Philippines. Currently is the lead design architect for most projects. Has successfully maintained a steady source of projects within the Philippines in the last ten years. Worked on design-build projects such as residential villas, resorts, interior architecture works and retail shop designs. Spearheaded and managed a resort project in Northern Philippines, from conceptual design until the building and completion stage, that won “The Best Resort in Northern Philippines” by the 18th Annual Asia-Pacific Awards(2006). Garnered recognition for a retail design project: “Best Spa Design”(2005). Remotely coordinating the design development through the internet of a residential villa and a 750 pax capacity church worship building. Show less

  Lead architect

  Led a team of seven Junior Architects in the design and construction of a 4-Story Training Center for Industrial Welding and a 3-Story Municipal Hall in one of the provinces in the Philippines. Led the team in the creation of the conceptual master plan of a university and, the conceptual design and development of their multi-use sports facility in the city of Manila. Accomplished a handful of projects for the company within the specified tenure with the company.

  Architect-planner

  Started out as an intern with this company and was immediately hired after accomplishing the required hours for internship. Worked on the design and details of different architectural and interior components of malls, after a few months, was given assignments in food court planning, development of way-finding systems, and preparation of design development portfolios for malls in different provinces in Italy. Recently accomplished a significant project for the company by solely handling and accomplishing the design development and construction documentation of the sales office of one of the major clients of the company in Casablanca, Morocco. This work involved coordination with other professionals from the London office and with the construction managers on site. The said sales office is now fully operational. Currently works with design and detail of different architectural components of various local and international projects. Show less
