      * Member of the Founding Team of StartupTN, leading the establishment of Tamil Nadu's premier Startup Ecosystem Support Wing within the Government in March 2021.* Developed comprehensive operational strategies, draft government orders, budget frameworks, and documentation systems to support the growth of StartupTN.* Acted as a liaison, facilitating Public Procurement support to startups (G.O) and developed the Startup-to-Government (S2G) Sandbox initiative to foster collaboration and innovation.* Implemented efficient systems for identifying and supporting early-stage startups, managing due diligence processes, and facilitating investments through the Tamil Nadu Startup Seed Grant Fund (TANSEED).* Engaged directly and indirectly with over 2000 startups/MSMEs, leveraging data-driven insights to inform government policies and practices.* Continued partnership with EDII-TN, enabling the network of 300+ Entrepreneurship Cells across Tamil Nadu, and facilitating events and Seed Grant Programs for Student Entrepreneurs.* Played a key role in Tamil Nadu's advancement of two tiers in the State Startup Ranking 2021, achieving the status of "Leaders".
