  My responsibilities include calling, texting, and emailing prospective sales customers to answer their questions submitted via the company website or incoming phone calls, continual follow-up to persuade customers to come in for an appointment, welcoming customers to the store, transitioning customers to a salesperson to continue the sales process.I answer incoming service calls to schedule appointments for automobile oil changes and other repairs, and call customers to schedule recalls on their vehicles. I use the company scheduling service to make sure to allow sufficient time for repairs to be completed. I also schedule the Valet and Shuttle service for customers in the service department.I have also taken on the task of making sure that both the new and used car lots are organized and looking sharp for customers to peruse all of the vehicles. Part of this is making sure that all of the vehicles have the proper amount of fuel, signage, and sales materials. I also communicate with the Media Coordinator when new/used vehicles have completed the prepping stage so that photos can be taken for the store website. Show less
