Any time there is a new project or model, I get invited for trainers training in Accra after which I help implement the model or project in the form of trainings, workshops and community sensitization/engagements.I help in the monitoring and evaluation of the project successes, shortfalls, and take lessons for future planning. I as well help in working with communities towards the sustainability of projects and models.I have facilitated the implementation of projects and models as Channels of Hope Child Protection, Channels of Hope Maternal and Newborn Child Health, Empowered World View, Ending Child Marriage and Prevention of Teenage Pregnancy for the Sekyere East Cluster offices of World Vision International, Ghana.
