Responsible for all shop administration, including cash handling, staff development and schedules, shop audits, and daily revenue reports.ACHIEVEMENTS:- Obtained several quick promotions within the company. Shop assistant on the first contact (m/s Prinsendam), Assistant Manager on the second (m/s Amsterdam), followed by full Shop Manager for the third (m/s Prinsendam) and fourth contract (m/s Maasdam)- Helped oversee one dry-dock renovation of the ship’s shops on the m/s Prinsendam- Obtained highest average cruise sales of ships sailing the New England and Canada itineraries; when managing on the m/s Maasdam.
