      A 2nd/3rd line support role as part of a busy IT Infrastructure team. Working as part of a small, close-knit group based across multiple sites, my responsibilities included Linux system administration, the design, implementation and operation of physical and virtual implementations of various types of OS, performing documented maintenance tasks on all supported infrastructure and applications within a release and change management processes, the resolution of support calls using the company standard incident management system, and providing support for standard infrastructure applications such as AV, backup / restore implementations, disaster recovery and datacentre management. This role also included a large datacentre migration project due to relocation of the company's head-office site.
