  The Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) argUMent English Debate Community is a group under the University of Mataram that focuses on English Debate and Language Courses. Since 2008, argUMent has continuously developed and is now the biggest and most successful debate community in Nusa Tenggara Barat. In December 2022, I was assigned the role of event coordinator for the General Meeting, which is an annual meeting to report on the work of this organization. As the event coordinator, I was responsible for developing the event design, including creating a rundown of events and managing decoration, promotion, and competitions. I led a team of 17 staff members and delegated tasks to ensure the program ran smoothly. The event was ultimately successful despite minor technical difficulties and we had 267 participants spanning different generations. Show less

  Ngomongin Gizi is a community of nutritionists, nutrition students, and food technology students dedicated to eliminating nutritional problems in Indonesia. In December 2023, I volunteered to become the chief organizer for Ngomongin Gizi's program called Webinar Hari Gizi Nasional 2023 with the theme "Implementation of Healthy Lifestyle in Adolescents to Increase Productivity." This program aimed to educate the public, especially teenagers in Indonesia, about the significance of adopting healthy lifestyle habits to enhance their performance in daily activities and increase productivity. I lead and monitor seven divisions: event, media, design, public relations, treasurer, and secretary. I connected all team members through weekly online communication to ensure effective communication for the event. I encouraged collaboration between different divisions and facilitated the execution of the final idea. Ultimately, the partnership resulted in educating over 135 Indonesian citizens about the importance of breakfast, nutrition balance, and building a healthy and positive daily routine. Show less

  The Achievement Development Department is one of the departments within UKM argUMent, University of Mataram. The department is dedicated to recognizing, encouraging, and training the UKM members in both academic and non-academic pursuits. This year, the department has introduced seven valuable programs that include Scholarship Mentoring, MAWAPRES Incubation, Seminar IISMA, PKM Collection and Training, Abroad Seminar, Intensive Training for Competition, and Achievement Archive.As the appointed coordinator, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities that include leadership, resource allocation, team coordination, monitoring, and quality control. Specifically, I lead six team leaders and 24 staff members, providing them with a comprehensive overview of their work and facilitating brainstorming sessions to encourage the development of new ideas. Moreover, I leverage the collective resources, skills, and experiences of the team to maximize productivity and efficiency while fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. I also ensure that the team remains united and cohesive, drawing upon the diversity of backgrounds and experiences to achieve the department's monthly goals. Show less
