      I'll never forget a conversation that I had with my manger about 4 weeks after my start date. I went into his office on a Friday morning and asked when he was planning on promoting me. He replied in about 5 months. To which I replied, "I was thinking Monday. The holidays are coming and I'm way more valuable to the company in this position than in my current role." I was promoted on Monday and quickly rose to one of the top producing employees with the highest overall metrics for add-on sales and customer satisfaction (0% redo rate for nearly 6 consecutive months.
