  I began by taking telephonic interviews and joined the induction team, attending daily inductions and making notes. I later became the team lead and coordinated inductions for various departments. I took over 50 inductions and carried out 4 to 5 inductions in one day, with a minimum of three per day. I also carried out internshala resume shortlisting for the SM department, conducted telephone interviews for special roles, and conducted inductions and telephonic interviews for lead HR posts. I also sent out assignments for the department, tracked departmental leaves, and organized weekly team meetings. Mrs. Ruhani Bakshi, the Lead HR, consistently praised my efforts and I also ensured timely completion of tasks. I was also awarded a letter of recommendation for excellent performance. Show less

  During my internship, I worked on various tasks for the NGO, including workshops, posters, infographics, and conducting workshops with school children. The workshops focused on women empowerment, hygiene, and breast cancer awareness. I prepared posters on various topics. I also created infographics on topics like time management, exam anxiety, and mental health.I participated in a workshop with school children at Moti Nagar's Atal Adarsh Prathmik Vidyalaya which focused on personal hygiene, including dental hygiene, bathing, and washing hands. I designed presentations on topics like peer pressure and time management, ensuring comprehensive understanding for attendees. I also created worksheets for the NGO, including a time management activity and a time blocking worksheet.Lastly, I wrote a blog on the topic of "The power of positive thinking," discussing topics such as what is positive, thinking, benefits, and toxic positivity.   I took on a number of roles and received a certificate for my efforts.Project on Attrition: Using a database of employees, I had to get in touch with former employees to find out why they left as well as additional information. I created a deck presentation that included the findings from this study, in which I conducted interviews with 60 ex company employees. In order to create an appropriate sample, I also had to think of the questions that would be asked and spot patterns in the data.Participating in the performance management process and addressing employee queries regarding the process: My responsibility was to respond to any questions that employees had about the many system procedures. I handled employee inquiries both in-person for those based in the head Office and via Google Meet. I was able to improve my communication abilities and get extensive knowledge of the technology utilised in the industry.Recruitment Through Naukri.com: I was assigned the task of shortlisting resumes through Naukri.com for open positions of the organisation and interview them. Through this assignment, I was able to learn more about how to use Naukri.com efficiently Managing excel data sheets: My responsibilities also included creating and mapping data sheets such as completion of POSH training , LOB mapping of new joiners, Function head mapping for employees. I also created FNF input sheets for the employees who are currently resigning and are pending on their final settlement.Create Internal Job Postings and certificates for R&R: I was tasked with creating internal job postings for a variety of positions. In addition, I was given the task of creating the certificates for employee who after applying for an internal job posting changed their positions and fulfilled all the requirements to remain in that role.
