  ● Monitored inline KPI’s on CD, Overlay, NCE as a Lithography Process Engineer● Gained some insights during my project on FOP tool bias. Studied the FEM window to analyze the process parameters and compared it with the golden tool condition.● Acquired hands on experience in necessary softwares like JMP, AIEDA and other in house tools.
