Lead the technical development of infrastructure alteration, equipment and machineries, efficient work- and waste flow, waste collection strategy, chain and logistic, as well as worker management and performance towards waste treatment performance increase, workers performance growth, waste transport efficiency as well as positive environmental impact within the area and its surrounding.With our program, we have successfully improved and develop TPS3Rs in Denpasar and Badung to increase their performance, ways of working, improve their KPI. In Badung, we integrate organic waste between TPS3Rs and TPST to increase amount of organic waste processed and diverted from landfill. At the same time, we are also reducing CH4 potential emission.
