      At Terkeez, I was able to gain first-hand experience and exposure to working alongside children with developmental and learning delays. I assisted in the provision of group therapy through the use of various theme based activities. These were aimed at improving executive functioning, fine motor skills and other general abilities. I also earned hours in the development and delivery of weekly programme plans, administrative tasks, odd jobs such as craft preparation, as well as therapeutic skill training and practice. Show less
