  While working as a Support Engineer I have had the experience of working in a cross-functional environment. My role required me to communicate between many teams and various organizations. My primary role was to manage TaaS infrastructure which includes both test, build, and HA infrastructure hosts. I also was the lead System Administrator with the responsibility of creating maintenance and deployment process as well as providing training materials to customers and remote administrators. An example of my skill set is listed below: • Maintain an enterprise level cloud based automation test scheduler providing Tests as a Service (TaaS) 24/7• Manage a continuous integration system that facilitates pre-merge testing to all changes in a Gerrit repository. Testing was done on physical hardware (Android, QNX, and Windows Phone) and simulation models• Deliver infrastructure support including Linux and Windows imaging, access control, network triage and maintenance, Android test device management, network switch configuration, LSF administration, user interface support, and lab planning• Administer, configure, and triage the Linux infrastructure hosts• Design and build automation test racks with both Linux and Windows servers• Deliver hardware specifications for the production, development, and test database cluster • Supervise the installation and deployment of monthly security patching for several hundred blades• Perform monthly updates and nightly backups on production database cluster Show less
