      As the Assistant Director of Communications(ADC), my main priority was to communicate with elected representatives at member Universities regarding upcoming events and initiatives for the Indiana Residence Hall Organization (IRHO). I also gathered information on what they would like to receive from the organization to better equip their individual student organizations on their campuses. While communicating with current member schools, I also oversaw reaching out to non-member schools as well. I would educate them on IRHO and what it could offer their university. I oversaw the Recruitment Committee to assist in these efforts.During my time as ADC, I also wrote the constitution and established the Indiana Residence Hall Honorary (IRHH) along with two other individuals in the organization. This would recognize student leaders within the state of Indiana and member universities.
