While communicating with current member schools, I also oversaw reaching out to non-member schools as well. I would educate them on IRHO and what it could offer their university. I oversaw the Recruitment Committee to assist in these efforts.During my time as ADC, I also wrote the constitution and established the Indiana Residence Hall Honorary (IRHH) along with two other individuals in the organization. This would recognize student leaders within the state of Indiana and member universities.
