      Current post is as Manager in OEM Business Development department, Blaupunkt Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (previously was ROBERT BOSCH (M) Sdn. Bhd. Car Multimedia Division). His responsibility is as Key Account Manager for APAC OEM automotive car manufacturers, dealing with multimedia products e.g. Car Radio and Navigation, Audio Amplifier and Speaker, Driver Assistance Display.Details of responsibilities are as follows:1. Managing business account of APAC OEM customers, maintaining and developing good business relations. Among customers are Proton, Ford, Tata, Mazda, VW Group, Volvo CE. 2. Developing and creating new account of APAC OEM customers. 3. Coordinating and kick off RFQ, creating detail commercial and technical proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer (includes cost breakdown).4. Take part in technical concept studies with the respect of product platform, process, quality, manufacturability and reliability. 5. Give technical concept presentation proposal to automotive OE customers, advice best solution for their project needs. 6. Ensure development activities follow project schedule (TTM), cost and specifications. 7. Perform strong and motivated team work with cross functional department during project executions e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Production and Testing, Logistic, Quality and After Sales. 8. Survey customer product road map and trends solutions needs for company new strategic / product development. 9. Collecting feedback on company overall business performance. 10. Provide OEM business development report update to the Group management. 11. Coordinate activities and responsible for off shore Sales Manager based in Thailand and Japan.12. Coordinate monthly meeting between OE sales offices located in Germany (HQ), NA, China and India. Show less
