  Responsible for the rehabilitation, re-opening and management of a bank-owned, forclosed resort property in Northern Michigan. After four years of forclosure and multiple failed attempts to re-open and sell the property by the bank, myself and one other coworker were able to complete the task in just under four months.

  Direct supervisor for a student staff of Community Assistants. Responsible for the management, safety and well-being of over 800 students and their families in four houses, 250 apartments and a large residential building. Resposible for for interviewing and training of new student staff each year. Worked with other students to research, design, simulate and protoytpe an implantable plate and screw bone fixation system for a broken clavicle. I specialized in FEA testing of plate model in Abaqus to determine overall effectiveness of device and improve design feature placements.
