  As Product Lead and UX Designer for Pogo I lead both the product’s design and also the products features that we collectively discuss and prioritise. Both the Pogo website and app have been designed by me and will continue to be developed and evolve. Introducing quality of life features and constant refinement to the designs, building a Brand design system along the way. I also listen closely to our users on what they feel will improve the product and help make product feature decisions based on that along with the financial development and design costs that may be involved. I also rigorously test each build of the app prior to release. We use Linear to raise tickets on any build issues and then finally I manage our social team who run our Instagram page. It is a very involved role and I am so excited about Pogo and where we can take it in the near future. Show less
