I created and designed innovative fliers and ads, t-shirts, and posters for many of our events and calendars utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite. I handled clerical functions such as sending and receiving phone calls, emails, and attending the desk. I supervised 40+ residents in my residence hall area and handled conflicts that arose amongst them. I planned and organized monthly events to increase interaction that promoted high academic and social standards. I served as a desk assistant performing clerical duties such as logging packages and handling room lockouts. I decorated the residence hall to facilitate student awareness of campus life.
