Delivery daily Huddle, End to End Quality systems, Statistical Process Control for attribute data and its strategic implementation.Selected Accomplishments:- Implemented SPC at 14 Paper Machines where there is no statistical tool to control the process through implementation of ‘3 ways chart’.- Increased the process capability from 0.58 to 0.77 through reinforcement to SPC implementation in production and incoming material area.- Decreased the Quality Control finding issues up to 20% in finishing area as an impact of GR&R method with effectiveness > 98%, Probability of False Reject <2% and probability of False accept <1%.- Provided the quality handbook which is about all of instruments in quality division and how to use and maintain them.- Implemented Process control plan (PCP) at production area and leading the audit of PCP patrol at the discrete production line. Show less I'm chemical engineer. I have applied six sigma system at my company which called statistical process control system. I have applied it at 15 paper machines, and now all done. And it works. The impact of this system is that we get stable products. And also I have applied GR&R system to calibrate eye ball system in order to get stable products especially in visual judgement. And we got good feedback from customers.
