I accepted and fulfilled a one-year contract to run one of six Iraqi bases scheduled to reopen. Established and oversaw operations of the largest facility in Iraq. Administered a combined operating and capital budget of more than $30,000,000, and found ways to cut expenses by over $6,000,000. Built a base-wide communication system valued at $20,000,000 for virtually no cost by reusing left-behind equipment.
