  Direct and advise the library’s guests as well as oversee, update, maintain and keep record of all of the library’s literature, periodicals and resources for the students, faculty, and patrons As a member of the Executive Council of the club, I organize, manage, communicate, and schedule events for international students around the Linn County region--over 200 students. We are an internationally-minded group committed to promoting unity among allstudents of diverse cultural and linguistic interests while providing opportunities for theexchange of culture and international understanding, as well as exercising studentleadership and responsibilities. With a team, I oversee and plan outreaches for the Coe International student body by specifically advertising, coordinating Christ-centered community events for our international friends. Coordinate with other clubs, churches, and schools in organizing Christ-centered events. New Initiatives Researcher Investigated and proposed solutions regarding campus issues and new initiatives to Coe College’s President and Board of Trustees. Established initiatives include: Center for Creativity and Careers, additional Athletic Building, and the Coe sky bridge. Working in a multi-team environment, I have taken part of publishing the Coe Review Magazine for about a year. Under little supervision, I am solely in charge of managing the social media for Coe Review (Facebook, Tumbler, blog web page) been in the process of planning a production schedule, evaluating, and selecting international submissions, managing a budget, promoting the magazine, and planning for the next submission/publication style. Manage, guide, serve, support, and aid my floor of 31 girls. Collaborate with staff to solve and prevent residential issues Managed $10,000 of Coe College’s entertainment budget, spearheaded recruitment projects, and booked Coe College’s major entertainers
