      Project and Service Development Manager

      As Project and Service Development Manager I report directly to the Operations Director. I take sole responsibility for my designated projects and service contracts and Project Manage all operations and staff until completion. This role has given me experience in large scale multi-site management organising logistics, equipment, staffing and budgeting for up to three festivals or events any given weekend. Due to the nature of this role I have experience in working in outdoor multi agency environments liaising with other companies/ contractors and strategy bodies to ensure the smooth running of the event. Acting as a broker between event organisers and project staff I use my strong interpersonal skills to maintain customer relationships and attract new customers and business. Due to the scale of some of my Projects such as Glastonbury Festival, Leeds Festival and Taste of London I can be managing teams of up to 200 staff providing different teams and services whilst maintaining a safe and motivated environment to strict health and safety regulations. I achieve this by implementing, training and monitoring safe operating procedures from start to finish as well as predicting, identifying and responding to problems quickly, efficiently and safely.
