      In-charged of Engineering and Maintenance for Electrical System for 2 blocks of 2+1 GT-ST (Siemens Turbine: SGT5-4000F and SST5-4000F; Siemens Generator: SGen5-1000A and SGen5-2000H) Combined Cycle Power Plant. Major equipments installed are made by Siemens. Total Net Dependable Capacity of 1,600 MW.Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance of plant main electrical assets such as generators, power transformers, MV and LV Switchgears, UPS and battery system, Static Frequency Converter, Static Excitation System, motorized actuators, MV and LV motors and 1800kVA Emergency Diesel Generators. Review and identify critical spares, request for purchase and conduct spare review to ensure availability of critical plant assets. Review and award technical bids and third party contracts. Formulate PM schedule, job plans and job tasks from standard maintenance procedures to be incorporated to CMMS (Maximo). Weekly and monthly planning of PM and CM jobs. Follow-up work order process until status is closed along with reports and actuals. Review and audit inventory of spares, tools, equipment and consumables for electrical maintenance and request for purchase, inspection upon delivery, receive in electrical laboratory and organize and maintain asset registry along with keeping the equipment calibrated on a yearly basis. Conduct technical scrutiny on bid documents on critical spares, test equipment and third-party contracts and services. Review and evaluate Technical Bid and approve selection of spares and equipment. Conduct risk assessment, comply PTW, check and confirm electrical isolations, assist operations on proper electrical isolations and complete work requests on a timely manner. Specially tasked to troubleshoot complex and critical systems such as starting frequency converters, static excitation systems, generator and transformer protection systems, H2 Generation Facility, UPS system and IGBT inverters drives.
